Returns
Returns is a scheme provided by respective directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered. Our policy lasts 7 days after the date of delivery of the order to the customer. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How to process retunr/refund?
If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at gmail.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with a non-tampered quality check.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- promotional voucher
- damage/used product
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, refunr amount will be same of your actual price at which you buy the perticular product. In case of combo you or order quantity more then one you may return one or two item then COD charge if applicable will not refund.
Exchange Policy:
1. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags
completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order Id on the parcel along with the size needed.
4. Please do note , that exchange is allowed once per order.
5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost )
6. The cost of shipping for the product is to be borne by you.
• My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. In case the size you have requested is not available we will refund the amount of your order after you send the product back to us.
